Building The Future Of Executive Support
Dr Lois Lanre-Adebulu is the Founder and CEO of C-Suites Support Global Limited, an executive support, recruitment, training, and operations consultancy working with leaders and organisations across Africa.
She holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, and a Master of Business Administration from Nexford University.

Veterinary medicine trains you to diagnose systems that cannot tell you what is wrong. Business school teaches you how to build structures that fix them.
Before building CSSG, Lois spent over seven years inside executive operations and programme management, running the calendars, projects, people, and pressure behind senior leaders.
She repeatedly observed the same challenge: support professionals carried enormous responsibility yet received very little investment. There was no defined career path, no rigorous hiring standard, and no shared language for excellence.
Rather than complain about the problem, she decided to build the solution.
